An unusually ambitious urban concours that takes over central Nagoya's landmarks, Hisaya-odori Park, the prefectural government building, city hall and Nagoya Castle, with a curated Concorso d'Eleganza, historic Le Mans racers and a rolling parade dubbed the GranPremio Sakae.
